*Hangs head in shame* Sorry Raphael, I laughed out loud too…
I should be off today but I might need to pop into work later as there may be a meeting booked, and the attendees will need admitting to the building. I also have a hair appointment, loads of admin to do and some errands.Tonight’s tea is easy - lasagne. From the freezer - I have told DD we need to start eating the meals I have so carefully squirrelled away.WM x 1, DW x 1

Sad here, got up at 6am fed cats, my lovely garden swing was upright and ok in the very strong wind, made it back to the kitchen (over looks the grden) approx 7am, the garden swing is over on its back and it looks like it is broken, I am very sad / upset, OH is currently away for work, so when he is back, we can lift it and see what condition it is in, far too heavy for me even to attempt to move, let alone pick up.Poppies doneKitchen doneCats fedI've given in and put the heating on for an hour.Hugs all roundBreast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Some of the above wants striking out as I have cleaned the kitchen. Hob got special treatment - have cleaned pan supports. Have also cleaned little slow cooker as my rice pudding escaped. I was over ambitious and had doubled quantities. Errand done. Hair cut. Hair loss has really slowed right down now, so the cold cap has done what it’s intended to. Since I had a bucket and mop to hand bathroom done too. Shopping bags removed to car. Been to Mr L as my £2 voucher needed spending today. More Christmas chocolate bought for the food bank.
Admin done = none. *sigh*Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Nothing done here as we've been out for our 20 week scan (all went well) and OH is cooking whilst I chill out a bit. It's starting to get cold now isn't it!£2023 in 2023 challenge - £17.79 January10

Hi all
Not feeling great today, anxious and headachey, but I gritted my teeth and got on with it. This is all stress related, it will pass. Full day at the paid stuff. Flying has been limited to changing our sheets, putting the WM and DW on and running the hoover around. We are fed and the kitchen is clean and tidy though so that will do.
I have gone against my fugal plans for the month and booked myself a facial. My skin is terrible at the moment and it sounds a bit shallow but I am sick of looking red and blotchy.
Shower, hair washed and pjs on. Bit of telly now.

Glad all went well. My daughter found out she is pregnant last week.. she is 17 weeks so has her anatomy scan in a couple of weeks! Scary how fast it goes and when your are 3 months late finding out she is in a blind panic.

Some jobs done from the list. Downstairs was vacuumed as a compromise, but it will do. Birthday cards for November bought at cs. Some wool may have slipped into my hands at the wool shop as well, even though I only went in to look! Mr M called and asked if he could come early as he was just around the corner - yes please. ££spent, but not a lot to show for it. Dinner tonight involved hg beetroot (DH gamely went along with beetroot falafels!), so the kitchen looked the worse for wear. Now cleared up, WULTD, sink cleaned, dw on.
Spent 3 hours tackling admin stuff this afternoon, and it felt like being at work. The pile is bigger than when I started. One form ticked off. This is going to be a long haul, but it is my own fault for not wanting to keep up with it.
YL - here’s hoping for a better night’s sleep and less anxiety for both of us, and anyone else in our anxious gang. I don’t think that the early dark evenings are helping either. I’m off the internet for the evening now, I think I need a break. PJs, knitting and / or a book are calling x10 -
Poor little Incy. Who says 'third times the charm'. I just hope he was successful at the last attempt and he's now at least feeding his progeny. Love is a risky business for a male tarantula.
I woke up nice and early this morning, then made the mistake of settling back into bed with my cuppa. Fell asleep again with no time for gym before work. Went straight after work thou, which has left me no time in the evening.
Mr Noodle has been out for his daily 10 minute handling, and caused chaos by knocking a small enclosure off a shelf. The lid flew off on impact and I then had a tiny tarantula on the loose.
I popped Mr Noodle back in, and luckily managed to find the little one before it darted under a cupboard, or I would never have seen it again.Terrible Tuesday - Kitchen and Dining Room

I'll prepare my overnight oats before bed, and swish the counters & mop myself out of the kitchen on the way out.

I cleared the dining table, wiped it down and have started the countertops. I'll finish them in a minute before making lunch... then I'm going to bed! Pregnancy has me old before my time, haha!£2023 in 2023 challenge - £17.79 January11
