Can't you get power of attorney for your mum? I have just activated it for my mum although we did register it in 2016 but she has only just got to the point where she can't hear that well on the phone and gets flustered with internet banking. She can still operate her accounts as well but it means I can access them and move money around if she is unable to do so.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. I truly do need a rest now. Felt so weird all day and couldn't nap at all between mum and the dogs bless them.Nevertheless she persisted.2
