I think but am not sure because she can't hear the people on the phone and I am repeating a lot for her they think possibly I am committing some kind of fraud? I mean they are meant to be verifying her phone number? but it has been something like 6 weeks now. It is awful because she owes me nearly 700 pounds now. I will try again today to fix it. A friend gave me a good tip once, when I was frustrated by a bank.She suggested that I call and ask for the Complaints Department. It worked!Very best of luck3
