Sorry to hear that Buffy. I'm rarely on here at the moment but have been popping in to check your diary as was worried how all this would affect you.I hope things will work out, but I also really wish you'd see a solicitor so you know what can be done to protect your interests, since it seems your family haven't been prioritising you and may not treat you fairly. Also on a message if needed.RB xxDebt free May 2016... Thanks everyone, I am a little better today. I have a lot to do and there is nothing I can do about what has happened. I need to wait for the out come of a few decisions and plan from there. Rosa, it is too late to protect anything now. When I spoke to a finance advisor a few months (year?) ago it couldn't be done but now it is too late. It is awful really. Even difficult to write about it. I will message you tho, when I get a minute.
In other mundane news the dishwasher is broken. So I need to do a LOT of washing up. And washing and hoovering and cleaning out of animals.
Since my sister visited dog two has been so jumpy and needy. He is breaking my heart. The guinea pigs make a noise drinking from their bottle and each time if he is asleep he jumps when they drink. He follows me constantly, I nearly fell over him the other day and I shouted and felt so bad. But I was right in the oven getting the dinner out
they have had so much to cope with.
Need to get on with the housework.Nevertheless she persisted.5 -
Sorry to hear that Buffy. I hope the decisions come out as much in your favour as possible, and also that from here on you act for YOUR needs. And I would still check in with a solicitor, even just an initial consult, to be sure that everything you are being told is correct.I'll message you about something that might be of interest.Re dogs underfoot in the kitchen, mine have got accustomed to sitting at the other end because I throw scraps and treats over there while I'm prepping and cooking. It helps keep them out of the way. You can always try the same thing!Debt free May 2016... DFW#2 in progress

Bit annoying as can't really "do" anything concrete till it is sorted.
I honestly thought I would do some gardening today but that didn't happen.
News in Buffy world.
1. Tried online dating - a disaster - people expect to meet immediately - it has been at least ten years since I did any serious attempts at dating, now they have location, verifying of pictures and all sorts! I was used to chatting for a week or so and then meeting but now it is if can't come out tonight or tomorrow then that is it. Given that that isn't possible in my world I have snoozed my profile! Oh and one guy, he thought he was paying me a compliment by telling me he liked me cos I was fat! Delightful!! I mean I am fat but come on! At least lie about my personality!
2. I have realised the dogs are fully attached to ME. I feed them at the same time each day and we have a routine that is apart from mum. She is too frail to do much with them. This has sort of broken me really. Leaving them each day is getting easier but coming home to two absolutely frantic to see me dogs is heartbreaking. They are hyper alert to everything especially dog 2.
3. The rabbits are adorable. See also Guinea pigs (please imagine me saying that as Giinnnny piiigs cos I love them)
4. I haven't killed any vampires.
5. Work is simply dreadful. DREADFUL. But still better than being at home.
6. I have no money!!
There is about an hour till the sun sets. I wonder if I could garden for a bit............

Step away from the online dating.
Imagine someone telling you that you are fat.
THat's just so unaccept5able on so so many levels.
That's really not what you need at the moment.
