Evening all
Had another awful week between Mum and work, Mum was ill not covid, an ongoing issue that if I mention will be really identifiable. It has been a tricky weekend. I had to cancel plans with friends who sadly didn't understand. I am losing friends I knew some were just here for the pub company type thing, but I thought better of these particular friends. Mind you it has been 3 plus years and I don't think one of them has seen me since September.
Any how had the on call doctor via 111 out to see mum. I am very worried about Mum.
In my work life I dodged a bullet. I have a wonderful trainee. I can get through the next two weeks.
Life is odd right now. I have moments when I think I will make this work and Mum and I will have a good life here and then there are moments when I almost double over in pain at how hard it all is. It is like the colour drains from everything for a second.
Nevertheless she persisted.10 -

Right so it turns out I jumped the gun re friends - her father in law was ill and she did get in touch so that was good. I am tired and sensitive all the time these days. I have also come to the conclusion that Wednesdays are the WORSE day home wise because Thursday is so awful at work. Now it is over I feel strangely relieved. I got quite a bit of work done at work.
There is still loads to do but it will work out. Things don't have to be perfect, they just have to get done.
Moneywise am running up a CC debtbut it should be mostly ok once I get paid. The rabbit smells. Am doing better not buying from the Big River Shop.
