computer is finally up and running again, been reading along but unable to post anything and my fingers have a habit of writing the wrong thing on my phone.
N- No longer going to feel guilty that I can't do as much as I want to do due to ongoing health issues.
I- Not bothered how celebrations go as long as we get time together and are able to be ourselves.
F- No debt other than the mortgage that we overpay each month.
T- Meal plan done, shopping from the allotment, freezer and cupboards before SM. Just booked onto a bread making workshop. Also wrote on the calender when the next local repair shop is to see if we can get our dehumidyfer fixed.
Y- Upped my exercise, increased veg/fruit content of diet and reduced alchol intake (boo, hiss). Starting to feel the benefitsd already, less back ache, bloating reduced and feel better in general although still very tired.
N- Need to buy a back light for my bike. Winter tyres on the car.
O- Just volunterred to help change surplus fruit into jam for our local food bank.
V - Already do
E - Not doing this, this year as haven't got the time.
M- Love lists when I remember to do them.
B- Need stamps. Currently trying to run down freezer, but we have alot coming of the allotment still. As one thing comes out, 2 go in.
E- Grateful for DD2 she has been full of smiles today, my dad finally finding a puppy he wants and the sun shone all day.
R- Hopefully I will get chance to do this later today

We appear to have made it through the bug and come out the other side! Wahoo! No sickness for 12 hours now, I didn't even last till 9 last night, was tucked up in bed by 8.30. I still feel delicate, had tummy ache all day but so far it hasn't amounted to anything. Thank you all for the solidarity and well wishes, I didn't even think of ice lollies so thank you @f0xh0les. I was tempting them to drink with ice cubes in their water, thankfully still at the age where ice cubes are fascinating! I got some ice lollies delivered today with our shopping and they went down a treat. I have also stashed an emergency box out of sight to be whipped out next time!
Nsd #1 yesterday.
Grateful for the sickness finally stopping, that the waterproof sheets I brought last month work! And grateful for ice lollies, glorious ice lollies that finally put a smile on 4yo face.2024 decluttering Campaign

Many apologies. The laptop was refusing to load pages, it kept saying I had no internet and I was too wooly headed to work out what else I could do (strong signal and nearly sitting on top of the box).
I'm ill again and have spent most of the day dozing. I was downstairs at 9 am on parcel waiting duty but just slumped on the couch with tissues, books, drinks. Came back upstairs as soon as DS3 got up and only waking for brief bathroom visits and taking pills. Food has been an ice lolly, a large yoghurt, tinned soup (I had to sit down whilst it warmed up) and a soft tuna sandwich. Made myself go downstairs again before 6 pm to wait for food delivery. Still waiting at 7.30 pm. came back upstairs to check for emails (laptop ran out of charge and I'd brought it back but took a while to find the cable).
Food delivery went to mum's. Money has been refunded, mum's details have been taken off the account (tried to do this online previously but it wouldn't cooperate) and I'm too ill to do more than open a can of soup so don't need the shopping.
Hoping normal service will resume tomorrow. Grateful for sleep, lavender sleep balm (great for headaches), DS3 being helpful (he brought cans and drinks up - hadn't noticed that message was from October 28th), lovely customer service man sorting everything out.12 -
Rest up, mothernerd. The chaise lounge has fairy lights and fluffy blankets so you can snuggle down there.Today I am grateful for a relaxed start to the day, for dc doing all day plus a rehearsal, for dc wanting dh to help with a piece of hwk, for the fairy lights, for not having to rush out tomorrow morning.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!12

Evening Turtles.
I have had a fairly good day. Got out first thing for a walk, sunrise. Had d delish dinner of roasted fish on a bed of potatoes, tomatoes, red pepper and olives - with salad (leftovers for lunch to boot), now setting in for a snuggly early night.
Grateful for getting out and the air and light in, coffee in the morning and sleepy tea at night.3-month emergency fund (Cash ISA & PBs): £4744/ £6,000

@Dfw38 glad you're all better. @grandmanerd get well soon too.
Today I'm grateful for an easy day at work, being able to leave early, kids having fun at the trampoline park (got a membership as they don't have any other clubs and it's great value as long as you go at least twice a month) and DS being really caring towards his sister today.
Spend day, did weekly shop, only £50as we only needed fresh fridge stuff etc. Treated the kids to nuggets and chips at trampolining from the fun budget.

Evening turtles, I hope Friday has been ok!
A rainy start to the day but brightened up a bit and we enjoyed watching fireworks at a local event raising money for the footy club ds plays for.
My friend asked me to order something on the big online shop as I have the membership that means free delivery, she always does this & I really don’t mind but this time she forgot to pay me! Awkward but dropped it into a conversation and all sorted!
A day of of rubbish eating again! I blame it on going to the office, too many tempting treats.
DS bought himself glow sticks which was great for the walk home in the dark. Also used our phone torches.
Donated loose change to fireworks so not an NSD so still 3/11. Used the opportunity to buy reindeer food for £1 (for charity) so that counts as a basic item!!
Grateful for local fireworks, ds fab friends, our community.

Get well soon @grandmanerd, we'll bring you regular drinks & ice lollies on the chaise.
Pleased you're feeling better @Dfw38.
Forgot to say yesterday that the man came to empty the septic tank 😃 hooray! 6 weeks late as the tanker had broken down.
Yoga & sit ups ✔️
Took DH for blood test at the hospital. Collected mum then we traveled 6 CS! Great fun. Found 2 books I wanted, & another one to a set that I read years ago, didn't know there had been another one written! And a big board with lots of dowels protruding, to put cotton reels on, for when I have a sewing room. Right place, right time. Went to the supermarkets, then headed home. Very late lunch, put shopping away, then me & DH walked slowly to the village & back, him to collect a prescription, me to pay money in at the post office. Wrapped up a birthday present ready to drop off tomorrow in our way back from hospital appointment. Washed up after tea, then undid & restarted knitting my jumper, much happier with it now.
Grateful for toffee apples, my new to me thread board, time to knit, also time to read my book whilst DH at the hospital this morningUse it up, wear it out
Make do or do without!
If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours 😃

Morning all,
Glad to hear some are on the mend, sorry to hear you're poorly again @grandmanerd xx
Yesterday was so full on with work. Have no choice but to catch up with work today. Not good, but necessary and I am only doing it because it will take the pressure off me next week. It won't become a habit!
Still on 2 NSDs, 2 AF days, 1 choc free day, but super pleased with how we're doing on the grocery shopping (well under budget for this time of the month) and debt repayment front. Another £167.35 off the cc bringing it under the £2k mark now. It's going to be very difficult to clear it before 31/12 but I'm not giving up yet! Also super pleased with how much fruit and veg I'm eating again now. Another 11 pieces in total yesterday.
Still zero exercise, yoga or meditation. I really need to kick myself up the butt on this!!
