Hi all
Trip to the big shopping centre with DH. I bought socks and tights. Oh and a couple of new baking trays. We did have coffee and cake which cost £10. Nice to get out for the day.
Flying will have to be tackled tomorrow.10 -

Well I survived the holidays….just.
house is in ok shape I guess but I deep cleaned living room ready for new sofas on Monday.
some other areas deffo need a deep clean so I’ll make a list and do one a day as that’s manageable along with daily jobs

Gotta love the NHS. 111 directed me to a walk in clinic…v quiet. Then called by ophthalmologist and asked to go to a clinic. DD took me to the first, DS to the second as both were out of town. I’m having eye flashes…I’ve had a bleed in my eye. I have instructions to follow if it gets worse and will have a follow up appointment in a couple of weeks.

One load of washing (my uniform) on and the beds made. OH did a lot of tidying yesterday when I was working - most of it to be honest - so I've spent a lovely morning drawing on my ipad. I'm really hopeful I can get some sticker sheets loaded up to my (currently non-existent) sticker shop by the end of the week to see if I can bring in a little extra income. We're heading off in a bit to see my friends who've recently had twin babies and then going to the cinema.£2023 in 2023 challenge - £17.79 January10

Stint at the allotment done, just home before the showers started. I have cabbage, spinach, beetroot and the world’s chunkiest carrot (just the one!) to sort out. Meal planning again this afternoon to include the above.
Mr M order for Tuesday needs updating. I managed to avoid doing any of the admin jobs yesterday by spending time in the garden instead. Bulbs that were cluttering the utility room have finally been planted. Green bin filled as a bonus.
The rest of the afternoon will be spent trying to avoid doing the admin, and generally doing very little, I think.8 -
Hello all.
Hope your eye bleed is sorted soon Valli.
Today, the dailies are done, Poppet has had one walk and I've been sorting my wardrobe and one of the cupboards of doom. There are now two bags of clothes to sell and a load of books to give away.
Just having a cuppa then I'll walk Poppet again.Spend less now, work less later.9 -

I have five of them lined up for buyers, and two I'm donating as prizes to a invert christmas charity raffle. Last year I won some beetles and mantises.I've just had some lunch and now I need to get up and do these rehousings and water change done before I get too sucked into the film I just started.^^ ^^ ^^ ^^Haha, forgot to post the above before getting onWater change done.Laundry hung to dry.Rehousings done (went better than I expected, the tarantula is usually extemely skittish and I was prepared for a bolt)Just need to give Donnie a bath, I shall leave him to soak while I change all the clocks on all the Zoo Room enclosure timers.Off I go!
