Afternoon all.
I haven't achieved a lot this morning.
- Woke up late because I was very tired after yesterday's day out (but it was a good day).
- Loaded the DW and S&S'd the kitchen
- Agreed with DH that we would cut down further on the number of Christmas cards we post this year
- Made my bed and pulled DH's straight
- Hung out 2 sheets that I had washed yesterday
- Ironed 12 pillowcases and hung them on the airer
- Went to switch off the iron (socket above worktop) using my bad arm, and somehow pulled a muscle in my back, which is very painful, so cancelled shopping trip
- Managed to drive DH to SW; came home and sat down with mug of coffee.
Other plans have now gone out of the window.8 -
I have an evil migraine and only got out of bed to do lunch for the children.. they are merily playing on the Xbox so I am quite redundant.
I am trying to eat something so I can have more medication.. the first round of migraine meds helped but it is still buzzing around but I could at least lift my head up. I had an apple and will attempt something else soon.

kazwookie said:Cats why will they not eat the food they have been eating for months now, all 3 have turned their noses up at it yesterday and today, new food, in clean bowls, on a very clean floor /feeding mat, why, just why, all sat here looking at me in a starving fashion, feed me............ they do have biscuits as well.Generally it's usually because the manufacturers have 'improved' the recipe, but what they mean is they've substituted some even more inferior crap for the inferior crap most of them put into the food.If all three of them have turned up their noses it's unlikely they'll eat it again. Pet food manufacturers work to a strange set of laws about ingredients that bear little relation to human food manufacturers. Layla can't eat rice so I daren't feed her anything that contains 'cereals' which is all they have to put on the tins/packs/bags.Foot slightly less swollen today after three days of looking like a balloon, and I slept better last night - hurrah! Meal planning project is cracking on; today I'm learning the ins and outs of slow cookers which I've been using for years but never bothered to gen up on which was a bit daft.Better is good enough.10

Pigpen I listen to this video when I have a migrane. It works if you play it under other things as well. Works best in headphones.

Not too much accomplished today, I had physio straight after work, then home & tea.
Did the usual pet chores - Fed and watered the cockroaches, Fed and watered the millipedes, Added more substrate to the millipedes, Checked on the scorplings, Fed the big spoods & 10 mins handling of the big noodle.
Tidied the Zoo Room and put away the dry laundry.
When I head up to bed I'll change the bedding before shut eye.

Accomplished nothing.. I made 'food' for dinner.. none of it matched.. I had carrots, peas and gravy..
We need to go food shopping. I would have suggested going tonight but I would probably purchase all manner of weird stuff because I am drug-addled.. I am feeling all rubbery and tired.. but not tired..
I have a blanket border to knit so cracking on with that.. it's about 8 row pattern so I might manage it.
Raph.. ty. I will have a listen later when there is less noise here.
