Isn't it Brighton that is under the control of the Greens now - in which case the expensive parking might make some sense I guess.

I think there has been a bit of agitating about signature lengths recently - there was a thread in feedback a while ago complaining about the lengths of signatures IRC - although I'm sur the forum still  has a setting where if you don't want to see them you can just turn them off so no idea why the complainant didn't just do that!

BC has MrBC come across the "Quicktide" tide table wheels? They're rather fab - we always have one for the Hebrides for when we go up there - makes it really easy to not only identify the times but also to see when the exceptionally high or low ones will be. Each wheel works for two full years as well.

Well, I'm still here, but been a bit AWOL lately, real life getting in the way again.  Hoping to sit down tomorrow or Monday and actually check all accounts and update signature.

My NSD's have not been as many as I'd hoped this month, but will start afresh in April.
I did send an an OP of £50 to the mortgage today, and will send some more next week when I've worked everything out. The normal payment went out today, so once the interest is added, I will update it properly. But its definitely going down well.
I also need to review the creditor payments and update signature there, as that is actually going down a bit better and not showing correct details at the moment.
New 4 week budget period starts on Monday, although I did get my pension early as its BH, but all my transfers to different pots will go out on Monday, so then I can review everything better.

Studies and surveys been a bit slow lately, but still keeping on at them. I'm quite close to cashing out on 1P*!!, which is a £25 one, so that will be good. But no where near my target of making £5 a day this month.

The presents pot, which is currently called Christmas/Birthdays, has taken a hit as it was DD's birthday and also Easter eggs were bought for the 4 DGS's. So thinking I should change the name of the pot to Presents and not just Christmas and Birthdays and not actually worry about doing the MSE challenge for Christmas as it goes up & down so much.

Housekeeping budget came in as a 13p underspend this period....not sure what I should do with that.....lol
Been finding quite a lot of yellow/orange stickered stuff, especially bread, which all helps.  Still not started on making my own bread, but really want to.

I think one of my problems at the moment is there don't seem to be enough  hours in the day. I sometimes wonder how I ever went to work.  I  think I need to get a lot more organised and form a better plan. Maybe I spend too much time online?  I think that might have something to do with it.

The veggie plants are coming along well and I can't wait to be able to get out in the garden and do more. The weather here today is diabolical.....wet, cold and very, very windy.  But the weekend is looking good.

So that's it for now, hopefully I will get my head into gear and get more "with it" now for April.

Back after a few days of trying to keep offline and have a rest and sort things out. Hope everyone had a good Easter and not too much chocolate.

Things are going ok here, still trying to keep on top of all things MSE,
Mortgage payment and extra OP's have gone out, but just waiting for the app to update with the interest added on, before I update my signature with the new amount owed.  I can then see if I can make another OP, as I hate odd amounts....lol.

Today is the start of my next 4 week budget period, although my pensions were actually both paid on Thursday due to the BH, but I haven't spent any of the HK money, so starting afresh today...with the extra 13p from last month still in there....lol.

Today is day 1 of NSDs for April and i have also cashed out £7.72 from P/fc. Strange how I am now only needing a few more points to cash out on 1P*!! and the surveys have dried up....lol.  I'll keep logging in every day to check though. Also quite close to cashing out on E**ek*, so maybe April will be a good month. Didn't make my target last month, but anything is better than nothing.

So other than that, not much to report.  Will try and catch up now on all the diaries I have missed the last few days.

At last a good news inflation story - 13p turning into 33p is a good result!  Don't spend it all at once 😉

Been busy, busy today, but have managed to update signature where mortgage is concerned. Ended up paying an extra £10.71 OP today, as I just hate odd numbers being left. So now down to a nice round £17,400. Really pleased with that, as at Christmas we still owed just over £20K.
Not had time to check all the accounts today and re-do the figures regarding the other debts, but hopefully will find time to sort that out tomorrow

Good day on the survey front and was also a NSD

Yesterday I nipped to L*D! & A!d* and managed to get loads of orange stickered items....bread, hot cross buns, sausages, porkpies and crumpets. So the freezer is well and truly stocked and I don't think I'll need to buy bread for ages.  Although I do keep saying I will have a go at baking my own soon....just need to get more organised.

Washing done on 30c today and drying over the airer as too wet to put out.
Dinner is cold chicken, now the 3rd day I've managed to get out of the lovely chicken we bought from the local butchers. Just got the 2 big legs left, so thinking chicken and chips

    That's it for now
    Have a nice evening all
