@Blackcats - I often wonder that, especially if I'm doing a survey which is a good payer. I'll find myself thinking, "I wonder how many diary friends have just sat & earned that £6 today".

@Makingabobor2 - At the rate at which time seems to be flying by atm, 2025 will come along pretty quickly, along with the end of your mortgage. We will all be cheering you when that happens - it's an amazing feeling.

Yes, I wonder if the majority of P/fc members are MSE'ers?
I agree @foxgloves, 2 years is nothing, when you consider it was 3 years ago that we were all in lockdown and it only seems like yesterday. Only downside to that is that we are wishing our lives away and not getting any younger. Had a lot of putting life in perspective lately. My sister who is 3 years younger than me, recently lost 2 friends who were only a few years older than me, and then we found out a few days ago that a chap we knew really well, who was only mid 70's had passed away. It certainly makes you think about things....Carpe Diem and all that. We have to live while we are paying our debts, as who knows if we will still be here at the end?Making the debt go down and savings go up

Ok, ladies....just one question for you today....where do you buy your jeans from?....or leggings, jeggings and summer trousers. I have been trying to buy a new pair of jeans for ages now and can't find any that fit nicely and are comfy. I have tried M&S, Next, Sainsburys, Asda, Primark. Although I want some that will last, I don't really want to spend a fortune. I'm 5'9" and usually a size 10, but as I've lost a bit of weight (unintentionally), some of the 10s seem baggy. I have no hips or backside really and just wish I had curves in the right place TBH. I'm just starting to lose patience with shopping now!
I should add, that I am a woman of a "certain age", so can't do skimpy ones, that sit on my hips...lolMaking the debt go down and savings go up

My favourite jeans are from 'Mons**n', but I am curvaceous. I don't know anything about size 10s cos I reckon the last time I owned one of those was probably back when I WAS 10 (in years!). I find buying any trousers really difficult because I'm short, but not quite short enough for petite length.

I bought a really nice pair of high waisted super soft skinny jeggings from Mr T. They are super comfortable and fit like a glove. I can’t be doing with low rise jeans, I always feel like they’re falling down. Plus they catch on my navel piercing.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

I buy mine from Tesco and have for a long time. My faves are skinny jeans that are high waisted0

I always buy mine from Next, but if you're not wanting to spend a lot it's worth looking on eBay Vinted for second hand. Next and M&S are decent quality so second hand they're still in decent condition. I've even picked up some new for a bargain.

Thanks for your replies ladies. It really is one of the most difficult things to buy. I'd love to buy 2nd hand @LittleMissDetermined, but I'd probably have to try 100 pairs before I could find some that fit....in the last 2 weeks I have tried on 22 pairs in M&S!!, 4 pairs in Next, 3 in Sainsburys. Also found that Next hardly had any in stock in smaller sizes.
I hadn't bought new jeans for over 5 years and I have got such a funny shape now, they all look awful...I'll keep trying. Not tried Mr T yet, so might give them a go.Making the debt go down and savings go up

Hi maybe look in the charity shops for jeans, you will be able to try on different sizes and makes all in one place. Then if you find something you like, you know where to go for new. Good luck V x3
