I'm sure I read somewhere about Cardiff possibly being some sort of trial for on papers, which might be the reason? Can't remember the ins and outs.2

I’ve just got a response from Cardiff county court and I’m not sure what’s that supposed to mean

Just a guess, but it appears that the paper hearing will go ahead and your objection to a paper hearing will be considered at said paper hearing?

But I could be completely wrong!1 -
When the time comes to list your case, it will be considered by the judge who has the job of doing the listings that day as to whether it will be changed to an in person hearing or remain as an on papers hearing.
I'm assuming you haven't been given a date yet for the hearing at your local court.1 -
Yes they have it's on the 12th of June @B789.B789 said:When the time comes to list your case, it will be considered by the judge who has the job of doing the listings that day as to whether it will be changed to an in person hearing or remain as an on papers hearing.

Ah, OK. Thanks for pointing that out. I suppose then that you just have to hope that the judge on the day sees your request and reassigns the hearing to another date either in person at court or by phone or video link. Or the judge will decide not to allow your case to be heard in person and will just make their decision on the papers anyway.
Good luck, either way.1 -
Thank you all for the replies!Hopefully they decide to reassign to one that I can attend. When I sent them my objection I did point out same things as in my N180
Another thing I was wondering..I’m moving house by 18th of may, do I email the court with my new address now?0
