I know, it’s a shame I didn’t take my own photos back then. Should I still leave my defence as it is with the edit you did ? @Le_Kirk
I would just make it clear to the judge that the car in the next bay was taking up one and a half bays forcing you to take up half of the next bay, rather then saying it was angled in.  Otherwise it is OK.
Yes I agree with you. parking spaces are no longer suitable in size.
Especially if you try to park next a SUv (A bus)
    A judge will appreciate that

But, UKPC are supposed to manage car par parks, we know they only farm them for money. It was a UKPC goon who took that picture just like the UKPC goons tried fraud, doctoring timestamps. That led to a DVLA ban at the time. .....

AND, UKPC signs ..... they are utter crap .... a judge will see that as well ... the infamous BPA allow them and that is because they probably don't audit their scam members
Binoculars at the ready for the judge to readd the sign ?

UKPC say one thing, DCBL say another ... what would a judge believe?

DCBL are adding fake charges yet sign a statement of truth that the fakes are true.
The courts must be fed up with lies and deceipt ? from a legal

This is another rubbish case from UKPC and the joke of it is .... DCBL actually believe it ...... it is a joke.

Choices for DCBL now ... get a court spanking or wake up, smell the coffee and discontinue this rubbish and stop wasting the courts time

Thank you! Will edit it now and send it off tomorrow morning.
  • Hi all, thank you all for your help by now but I just got stressed about something, since I filed my defence on 22nd of December and got the acknowledgement on the 23rd of December including a letter that i received in the post I haven’t heard from the solicitors or the court. Haven’t received a 180N for or anything like that. Should I be worried, should I do anything? In the letter from the court they mentioned something about the claimant solicitor having 28 days to do something after receiving my defence but haven’t heard anything ever since…

Too early. They have 28 days to read your defence to decide if they wish to continue with their claim. On what date did DCB Legal receive your Defence?

You can't rely on the 28 days mentioned by the CCBC. Just because you know the CCBC has received your defence doesn't mean that they have sent it to the claimant yet.

There was an Xmas break and you don't know when the defence was sent to the claimant, so you don't know when the 28 days clock started ticking, therefore you don't know when the 28 days stipulated by the courts will be up.

Assume the case is going ahead.  Assume Xmas got in the way. We know the CCBC are 3 weeks behind because they told someone this week.

Log into MCOL and you can see when the CCBC say they've posted the N180 to you (Defendant). It will be this month.

  • @Coupon-mad That’s all it says in my transactions. I’ve checked before I posted on here unless it’s somewhere I have to look at?

It says your defence has been rejected. Get on to the CCBC and find out why, urgently.

But then it says received and I received a letter in the post? Or still better email them to check?

  • Very quick response. But still don’t know if they sent a N180 form

Definitely check with them. Having the word 'rejected' in there needs to be bottomed out as you can't take the chance of this becoming a judgment in default against you because of a risky assumption.
