Yes but nowhere on MCOL it says about N180 being sent so all I can do is wait?

That won't happen until/unless DCB Legal confirm, having read your defence, that they wish to continue. Unlikely that they will discontinue at this stage, so bide your time, the N180 will almost certainly drop through your letterbox.

Received DCB Legal N180, should wait for my form to arrive and then send it back or get the me from the gov website and send it?

also is it just me or they ticket they’re defendant on their form?

This is just anorther UKPC rubbish case so DCBL have choices now, go to court with a probable spanking ahead of them, or take the easy way out and discontinue

even tho they said “claimant’s home court” I should be able to choose court in Cardiff as that’s where I reside shouldn’t I?

It's all very well them stating the "the claimants court" but the question asked WAS WHY ?
They failed to respond

You choose your own local court .... if it goes that far ?

You should download a copy of the N180 and fill it in with your answers....ignore the one from the claimant!

It's why the first post of that Announcement has the first 12 steps set out; intended to stop us seeing image after image of that exact letter and being asked to discuss it (and the standard N180 form) on every thread.
