Please just raise all this at the hearing.

No email tennis.  Stay on the good side of the Judge.

As it’s still going to be decided on papers on 12th of June is it worth complaining to the court as @Fruitcake mentioned?

I really don’t want to keep sending SWS to the court, if I was a judge I’d get !!!!!! off.

But there's nothing there that needs attention.

  • I hope them sending this letter after the deadline will play against them on the day of the hearing. Still hope it wont go ahead on paper. So worried that’s not going to work out in my favour
  • Hi, does anyone know if I’m supposed to get a letter or if I should call the court to know what the outcome of the case was after the hearing which was on papers on Monday this week?

You opted for a hearing on papers???  :s No wonder the UKPC/DCB Legal bottom-dwelling duo didn't throw in the towel.

I think this is the one where Cardiff court gave the parties no choice?

No, I didn’t. I got a letter saying it’s going to be on papers, I appealed to it.

However I called the court yesterday and they said on Monday it was decided the last hearing, which will be In person, is going to be on the 4th of July. I’m guessing the judge didn’t like the supplementary witness statement from DCBL after the deadline. I’m still waiting for this letter to come through the post though. Wouldn’t be surprised if DCBL then decide to give up…

For claims where deadlines are not met, you could refer to this:

  • I received my letter for the hearing in person
im not sure whether DCBL wouldn’t try to pull the case their way, as it says “please note: the case may be released to another judge, possibly at a different court.”

or it still can’t be released far away from me?
