Just checking  -  is this correct name per documentation:-

On the allocation paper it says “In the County Court of Cardiff” 
but then the claimant WS says “Cardiff civil and family justice centr” 
and so did one of their automatic email replies

That is the correct court name above but it was not like that on your WS

Hi after further look on here I’ve seen a fellow member @golfr12 put in their defence,:

Yes, of course that's standard wording from the template defence.  If you DIDN'T use our template defence then of course you can crib from it for your WS.

If you did use our template defence then there is no need to repeat what your defence already stated.
