    I will use that, thanks.
am I right to say the evidence above proves the vehicle was at standstill no longer than 5mins?

On your index page, the right hand column with page numbers is displaced.
For example, the index tells us the image xx-03 is on page 9. It isn't, it's on page 11.
Similarly, image xx-06 is on page 14 but the index says otherwise.
But the page numbering really goes haywire at page 19 - with several iterations of pages 19, 20, 21, etc.

The schedule of costs should not be an exhibit.  Just a sheet at the end of the bundle. No number.

In para 3, do not call it 'a small private car park'.  Call it:

a small row of parking bays around a mini roundabout which appeared to be a continuation of the public highway and/or provided by the Train Operator for dropping off or picking up station passengers.

In para 4 get rid of 'car park' and 'private car park' and again just call them 'those parking spaces'.

Go through the whole statement and stop calling it a private car park. It doesn't have that appearance so don't give it that level of recognition.

I saw 'private land' or 'private car park' from you again just above one of your photos.  You are only calling it that because they did!  You are being drawn in. Remove that phrase from your thinking. Call it out as what it looks like: unrestricted station drop off bays.

Remove para 20.  Not quite right and not needed.  Reads & flows better without it.

Thank You for pointing that out. Can I call it a
    lay-by?
there are no bays or markings, it’s a small stretch that comes off and then re-joins the public highway.
The area marked with red line from start to finish
