Hi All just to update, I had the hearing last week and unfortunately it went against me, the judge sided with the claimant.
Thank you all, specially Coupon-mad for all the help you have been providing me.
Also to ensure nothing stays on my records, what is the best process of making the payment pls?
should I wait for the letter from court?
I read somewhere that if I make the payment within 14 days I will then have to right to the court with proof of payment for the judgment to be removed from the register, is this correct?
Thank You

Bad luck for having it go against you. On the N1 claim form it should say where/who to pay. The judgment should also give a deadline for payment, don't miss that one; it is normally one month or 30 days.2

It's Gladstones so pay on their portal.
Hopefully the Judge disallowed the £60 or £70 false DRA fee when you argued against that?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So we can help people avoid it.
The fees are allowable but that added £60 is disproportionate profiteering and blatant double recovery. Judges who allow that are blind to the scam. Luckily, the Government have removed their blinkers and won't allow that in future, I'm sure.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If you know the exact amount, just follow @Coupon-mad's advice. I suspect, if you go to the portal and input your reference numbers, it will come up with the amount.ZR18 said:Thanks Le_Kirk, should I wait for the court to send me this payment information?1 -
