Hi All, I received this letter today from the courts, as I’m not interested in mediation, is there anything I need to note from the first page ?The second page states the hearing date which is set for April 2024, please kindly advise what I should do from here, I’m drawn to directions 6,7&8, I need your help and expertise please 🙏0

I’ll start on WS also when ready closer to hearing, should I be posting or is it acceptable to just email to the claimant and the court? civil.romford.countycourt@justice.gov.uk

Sending by e-mail is perfect, as you will have a record and you can send it to the court and the claimant in the same e-mail which will mean that if the claimant states they "haven't received the defendant's witness statement" you can prove you sent it to both parties and if the court received it, then the chances are that the claimant did!2

Hi All, my court date is in about a month and I’m currently working on WS. I have received an email from the claimants solicitor Gladstones asking whether I accept service of documents by email, please advise if I should accept.
