Had to update the app to get the Export data option

Applied updates to home assistant and it  found my 4 tappo and is recording again

Been away for a month just as the tapo did their firmware update, shut everything down while away.

Did it cause any issues or just inconvenience? Imagine if your plants dependent on that smart plug or something else like a dehumidifier in a house with a damp problem

I bought a tapo smart socket and connected my tumble dryer through it.

£0.89 to dry a load of washing. 2.699 kWh.

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking @uk1 - if you're only seeing the runtime in hours, do you have a P100 smart plug, rather than the P110 smart plug with energy monitoring? 

The P100 only shows how long it has been running, but the P110 also shows energy use, along with the time running.

My P110 was showing KWH now its showing 0.9h rather than kwh, Also lost the live and usage charts, Its like it got the wrong firmware?

App V 2.4.49 , It seems to thinks its up to date.

Did hard plug reset and a removed from app and added again, still the same.


EDIT went to the google play , got update, now fixed. No update button in the APP!

My iPhone app is 2.11.5 Android is 2.11.23. Same device firmware as you.

I check every morning to see if there's a firmware update - it's a couple of weeks since they said there would be one to address the date issues in 'a few days'.  But nothing yet - still the same firmware as above.

I have noticed that my calendar is now showing the coloured days for total usage - but these are clearly October's data (but in November on the calendar) as I reset the data on my freezer mid-morning on the 22nd October and it shows a lower usage on 22/11 and full days for later days - as below.  The energy spend for October would be right, November being right for this month.  So these could be nice features if/when they get unscrambled.

Yes! it is depressing me seeing how much electricity. everything is using.
