Me neither - if it hasn't appeared by noon, I might test the support ticket option instead....

I opened the app to  log my first correctly delivered but for me also the survey is not showing. There is no option on the app ticket system to report it so I have replied to the customer support email.
Update : Just had this reply :
 Please accept our sincere apologies, due to some technical issue, the CDM space hasn't been activated on your mailagent app yet, but there is nothing to worry about as this will be fixed by evening and then you can record the survey.

I understand my local authority "amenity site" (or whatever they call the council dump for recycling items) has special lidded bins for unwanted books, so that could be one source of cheap filling.

Got seven letters and bundles through the letterbox this morning - some of them first class, but postmarked more than a week ago. Not unusual for things in this neighbourhood to be delayed even longer than that, so looking forward to seeing if there are any changes once Mailagents tell Royal Mail their results...

Survey showing for me now and it's telling me to expect 11 test letters which will be the first ones for me!

My App has just updated with the CDM survey showing.

Same here - got the same e-mail (but with heading in German) and the app is now live.  As usual with Spectos - they ask you a question and them immediately ask you if you are sure of the answer

I received an additional lot of stamps from Spectos today. No idea what month they are supposed to be for though. I think we might have got October through to December?

Me too. Must be for January. The posting packs are coming thick and fast at the moment.
