There are only 4 options showing for ordering rewards. Can you click on the Cadooz website to order different ones or is ut just those four.

Claiming the reward on the app takes you to the website where you have a wide list of options. I chose John Lewis for my Waitrose shopping.
Forgot to mention that you need to wait for an email from Spectos with a code before you go to the Cadooz gift site.

Got my first query from Spectos.  Email not on the app...

The last read in Royal Mail's network for this item A99999 was 01/02/23. 

You have told us that the date that you received this item was 02/02/23. 

It is possible that there may have been a delay by Royal Mail to deliver the item or the item did not pick up a read when it left Royal Mail for delivery. 

Before we report this information, please can you check that the date that you have entered is accurate, taking into consideration if you were available on these dates or if somebody may have taken receipt of the item for you.

I had the same. I went to the app to see where to respond, but couldn’t find anywhere. “Just leave us a short note” I didn’t think was very clear what they meant - leave it where?!

Like you I replied to their email. I felt it would have been much clearer if they’d said along the lines of ‘please reply to this email to let us know’.

I received my first package this week. It was a book "Christmas on Coronation street" I would love to hear which titles are being received by other members. 😀

Much easier as all the items come ready prepared, they just need to be logged when received and then logged when posted - use of the app is compulsory though, there is no option to use a website like with Kantar.

The only thing I slightly struggle with is scanning the band and entering the information on the app when it's very windy and tipping it down with rain. I need more hands!
