I got my February stamps today, they were in the envelope with a posting plan. On the posting plan there's a section on the left-hand side, called "Observations". It reads: "Enclosed in this sender's pack, you will find the reward stamps for February".
It's in small type, it doesn't stand out and it's easy to miss.7 -

I didn't get any January stamps so I emailed and was told they'd send them with my February stamps. They weren't in the envelope with the February stamps, so I emailed them this afternoon and was given an apology and told they will post them tomorrow.1

I'm sure I got stamps in Jan, and assumed they were the Jan ones although as I've only begun sending and receiving this month I'm not much the wiser.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
