Maybe it's not a standard thing and they only put it on my paperwork because I'd phoned and told them about missing stamps? I think I'm missing more than I've reported though.0

It's on mine too. I also got my January stamps around the 19th. I’m not receiving postal packs yet just test letters. So they came in a separate letter with a memo slip inside… “ You weren’t selected to be a sender during the week of Jan 23, but we did not forget about you. There are only 4 options showing for ordering rewards.
