Maybe the free books are to compensate for the costs and grief of posting parcels?
I'm guessing the book will take the place of the polystyrene slab that Kantar use so a small, light paperback?    The newsletter says keep it, give it away, charity shop it or send it back to them.

Wonder how many different titles they will have?  Could you collect a set?  Or will it be "It's the life of Heinrich von Stephan again"  and my local charity shop already has 3 copies...
Probably they buy a job lot of remaindered books -  'Liz Truss. My Life in Politics'

  • On 10th Dec 2022 I received 24 x 1st class stamps, 8 x 1st class LL stamps and a presentation pack. I've not received any incentive stamps since. Is this correct? Has anyone received more than this? I have of course been receiving points for sending and receiving letters, was just wondering about the stamps.

    Thanks for any replies.

I received the same set as you around a similar time.   I think received another set on 11 Jan with the bundle to post on 23 Jan - I think that was 12 x 1st and 4 x 1st LL.

i do like mailagents method. The kanter method was so messy.

Does anyone know what you're supposed to do when it asks for value of postage. Seems odd they never added the additional optional. Stamp first class, stamp first class large letter etc.

They just ask for the exact values.

Most of the time I would manually type that in on the text box. But sometimes I can't be bothered so I just put in £1.45 for 1st class LL or 95p for normal 1st class letter.

The prices change so often that I can't keep up with price changes so I have to google to get a price for 2nd.

I received another set of stamps, 1st class & 1st class LL on 19 January. I haven’t received any bundles to post yet just 2 test letters.

When I was on the international post survey, they used to send out small, blank exercise books.

Sounds like these will be actual books as they say if we don't want them then give them to someone who is interested, or to charity, last resort is return it to them in the prepaid packet.  I am interested to see what kind of books they will be - I own hundreds of books plus god knows how many ebooks so hoping for something good.
