I'm doing the extended Kantar unaddressed and correctly delivered surveys but have not yet been asked to do either by Spectos.

I've received a test item and the enclosed information sheet asks me to record the postage amount but there is no amount shown on the envelope - it just says "whistl, delivered by Royal Mail, C9 10002". How do I record it please?0

How do I record it please?"Quick tipsWhen you report a test letter, and you need to add the postage, but there are only stamps, please select “I don’t know / not indicated”. Please use “Other” only if there is another postage shown on the envelope than those proposed."
From the above I conclude that they only want the postage recorded for account mail.
In your example I choose "I don’t know / not indicated”Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein1 -
Just received the latest newsletter. The parcel testing starts soon and they will be sending us parcels with books. The books can be kept or sent back.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein0

Thank you for your help, HJ. The information sheet has the following printed at the top left-hand corner:
S-120409 B-C14234
C5 1st Whistle
I wonder if this is an account number - the envelope size is C5 and the postage 1st class? Would you still record it as "I don't know/not indicated"? I don't know much about it but I think that if you have an account you get postage cheaper than if you use stamps for posting.0
