I hope Spectos know what they were doing. 3 items arrived today, all from a very local business address, all post marked yesterday, all with first class post paid at 78p (business franking) and marked 1st class. 2 were A5 envelopes, 1 was an A4 envelope. The latter should have been a large first class, but went through the system undetected.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. The FAQs say at 2500 points. Apparently using an option in the app. I don't see the option but I don't know if it only becomes active when the app knows you have 2500 points or it's another thing in a future release because they don't have anyone near that point yet (I've just gone over 1000 points this week).silvercar said:I now have over 1600 points, anyone remember when I can cash out? and how do I do so?I need to think of something new here...0 -
I hope the rewards are worth it. At current rates I’ll have done about 5 months before I can cash out.NBLondon said:

I just idly opened my (latest version iOS) app to see how many points I have.Today it flashes up a warning bar at the top of the screen “Unable to validate. Address type: option is not found” Checked my address and it’s displayed correctly.0 -

They arrived todayNBLondon said: No sign of the October/November stamps - damaged envelope or not.
Envelope was fine - all stamps included. Covering letter dated 30 November. So I've been good and e-mailed to reverse my complaint of 48 hours ago before they send replacements.
No sign of the next bundle though.I need to think of something new here...0 -
I was getting the same error this afternoon.fluffig said:

From the Spectos email that’s just been sent out:tomvox said:
Not necessarily. RFID tags can be printed onto flat labels (we use them a lot at work). These would just stick onto a single sheet so you wouldn’t realise that they were there.XDA said:I think Spectos might have ran out of RFID’s!Just received a bundle to post next week and none of the envelopes seem to have RFID’s inside as they look and feel like there’s only a sheet of paper inside.
RFID tags
Recently, we sent test letters without RFID tags, this due to the industrial actions at Royal Mail. RFID tags may not be included on occasion when their return cycle is delayed.
