    Once I have posted the three items that I have (the last one to be posted on the 18th January) I will have accumulated the 2500 points needed to cash in but I cannot find anywhere on the app to do that.

    I do have the latest version of the app but I'm not sure if I am just missing it somewhere.

    I had the same as you but also one for last week. So that one is probably on it's way to you.

    You were right... Yesterday (Sat 7th) I got 3 bundles from Spectos - one for Dec 28th (will go out this Wed); one for Jan 9th and one for Jan 10th.  Which means I'm now up to date for the first time since October.
    I need to think of something new here...

    Sent my bundles this morning.  Logged them in the app and got a pile of error messages after the last Proceed button.  Left it an hour and tried again to be told "Bundle already processed" and the points are showing.   Anybody else had this?  Hope it's just a temporary glitch.
    I need to think of something new here...

    Yes - I had exactly the same problem. I sent them an email and received a very quick reply saying that they are aware of the problem and that the Bundles had actually recorded.

    I am sending 3 items a week now but only receiving 1. Might be a bit early to judge with the strikes ongoing but it seems a large disparity.

    I also had the same problem. Tried it again and I was told that I had already done it.I had 2 to do, the first one went through with no problem.

    Looks like they are struggling to cope with all the 19th Dec postings

    Yes same error issue here with my bundle postings today - I posted them anyway and emailed Spectos the details.  Apparently the postings had actually registered, and they will sort out the error message asap.

    Can anyone please tell me how to redeem my points? I have enough points to do this now but I cannot find anywhere in the app to do this.

    I don’t think we can yet. Presumably that functionality will come in a later version of the app, but perhaps not until after the go live date, which I think is the start of April.

    I’m intrigued though as to how people have got 2,500 points already. I feel like I have been fairly active, being required to post, on average, a bundle every week since the start and I’ve not hit 1,500 yet.
