I've never posted or received anything for them and I've been receiving the free stuff too. Almost feel guilty about itcurtisjk said:I've not had any Spectos bundles to post in about 2 months now, but received all the stamps. Anyone else in the same position?0 -
There is a new newsletter this morning. Mentions a new app version 1.4 that addresses a lot of the issues raised here including how to redeem your points..Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein2

I have just received a posting pack and all three items are for addresses that are very local to me. So local in fact that technically I could hand deliver them all within about fifteen minutes.
I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
Perhaps they are testing delivery timescales on items sent locally maybe.0 -
That's not uncommon for me (SE London). The RFID might also show which depots it went through and that could be useful in analysis.Gail333 said:I have just received a posting pack and all three items are for addresses that are very local to me. Logging an incoming item today....
Item arrived at 1220. On the Kantar app: I record this as 12.00 - 12.30 in the drop-down. In the Spectos app I have to either choose 12:00 or 12:30 in the roll down bit. What do you choose? I tend to go for the nearest point so today was logged as 12.30. The training video doesn't help - it just says choose the 30 min interval with nothing to say whether you are selecting the start or end time.
While I'm here.... Does anyone else find it annoying that as soon as you do choose the date or time; the next question is "Is that right?" - Of course it is - if I wasn't sure I'd say so! And when you log an outgoing bundle - the next question is "Did you post all 3 items?" I suppose there might be an answer of "No, I dropped one on the way to the post box and a passing squirrel ran off with it". We do all check the bundle has the right number of items when we get it don't we?I need to think of something new here...1 -
In your example I would choose 12:00. If you enter 12:30 just after it arrives at 12:20 it says you can't enter a time in the future.NBLondon said:Logging an incoming item today....

Yep, that gets me as well! No idea what happens if you press no, but tempted to try it! When we receive the bundles, I’m pretty sure it asks us how many items we received (possibly, or I might be misremembering) and if so, not sure why there would suddenly be less when posting them back out again.NBLondon said:
