I seem to have got some extras as well.     Today, I had 2 test items coming in (one with RFID one without) plus my bundle to go out 23/01 and monthly stamps.  So everything now up to date - hurrah!
I need to think of something new here...
  • Just to add, seem to have received another 60 points overnight - no idea what they were for. Maybe it’s for all the RFIDs which were returned ages ago. No idea if I’ve returned that many or not.

I'm still with Kantar but they've sent me the details to move over to Spectos today, it included these dates:

Spectos will take over the running of the Royal Mail surveys from Kantar on 27th March 2023.

Kantar will officially cease your participation with them on 27th January 2023. You will then have 60 days to redeem any reward points you have on your Kantar account, after which any unredeemed reward points will be lost.

I assume there will be some people still doing Kantars version rather than no monitoring for two months.

Yep, I just started again last week! Must be going to be a 3 month period this time, although they still said 6 in my email.

I also received some extra points so assume they are for the returned RFIDs.  If you think about it, this survey is better paid than the Kantar one - we still get our stamps but we also get the points which we will be able to exchange for gift vouchers.  I'm loving the pre-prepared items, makes it so much easier.

It's swings and roundabouts though not necessarily better paid. No prizes for using app etc. CA and UA surveys are only 300 points(£3) too.

I'd forgotten the prizes...   I had a few in my early stints but nothing in the last 3 years.  Agree with Saetana - there's less effort in the preparation.    Wonder how they will do cubes?  Send them made-up in a bigger box with the mailbag?

I have just joined this and haven't done anything yet.Today I received a test item letter saying I had to record date, time and postage on the letter via the app which I did but then it said the letter contains a transponder in a returns envelope to send back.

There was nothing in the envelope apart from the letter. The letter was sealed and there was no other mail.

    What do I do?

There was a newsletter dated 6th Jan which included the below

    RFID tags
Recently, we sent test letters without RFID tags, this due to the industrial actions at Royal Mail. RFID tags may not be included on occasion when their return cycle is delayed.
You will know there is an RFID tag to be returned when you see a brown envelope with the test letter. If you do not see a brown envelope - you don’t have to send anything back.
