I didn't send my first outbound mailing on Tuesday (I was out of town) so the app nagged me that evening, then next morning I get an email reminder and today I have an email telling me to mail it the same day next week. All of which I knew anyway but Kantar were never quite so pushy...
First inbound Jiffy today - a DVD and a CD - both of which had very obvious charity shop price labels.I need to think of something new here...0 -

Finally got my unaddressed mail points credited after raising a second ticket, pointing out that they haven’t given me a proper reason in their reply to my first ticket. That’s the last three UMs I’ve had to challenge now, CDs are always fine.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
