    Tap 'points history' in the app and then voucher at the top. Hit redeem voucher and they send you an email with a code.

    I actually got paid for my last UM survey - wonders will never cease!  Not looking forward to being back on the panel in March, I get around 3-4 letters a week normally, and almost all my parcels are not delivered by Royal Mail - my postman is totally going to notice :D

    Finally, today I got an inbound Large Letter with a an old non-barcoded red stamp on it.  Not franked and not detected by RM otherwise I might have had to pay £2.50 for it.  When I logged it, 1st Large Stamp wasn't on the list of expected rates - so I've had to report it as an issue.   The codes at the top of the letter suggest it came from a business panellist, I'm guessing that their franking machine was out of service so they grabbed a stamp from somewhere.    Expecting queries about that too...
    I need to think of something new here...

    It’s a shame that there is no points given for answering queries.

  • I'm starting the UM survey today. But when I click on daily items, it doesn't have anywhere for me to enter today's um . Just a green line and doesn't have anywhere to enter, like normal.

    Mine started today and is working okay. Have you checked that the app is fully updated?

    My UA surveys always do that at the start. They tend to update so that you can actually enter the data by the Tuesday afternoon. If it still isn't right then I'd raise a ticket.

    Yes, as you say it is already to go today. I was worried I would miss out on points as have entered Mondays entry on Tuesday!
