A pleasant surprise from Spectos for once - my first posting pack of this session arrived today and it was a single letter, not a parcel in sight. Less pleasant was yet another invite to the UM survey, albeit it does not take much time but its the constant worry over whether the points will be added. Still, it will help me to hit my next £25 voucher this month so I sadly agreed.

Hi everyone, I've finally decided to activate my Mailagents account having done Kantar for years I decided to have a long break. Today I received a test item which I noted on the app with the QR code and confirmed date, time etc. The item is a brown envelope with Spectos' address on it and it says to drop it into any postbox - so far so good - but is there anything I have to record with this? When we used to get test items with Kantar we had to record the info of posting them back but seems like with Spectos we don't, is that correct?
Many thanks

How long have people waited approx once you received the 'account has moved into ready stage' after their rest period.
Received mine back in January and still nothing. Went on rest back in July 23. I know its when there is space in my area but just thought I'd ask how long people have waited on average. They not the most organised bunch.0 -
