I actually got an incorrectly delivered item today whilst doing CD survey - I usually get a couple a year, the street next to mine has almost the same name and I get one for them occasionally, but I hardly ever get one when on the actual CD survey. This one was for my next door neighbour, so not exactly far to go to repost it.

👋 Hi everyone,
I have recently started doing the Mailagents postal survey. I did the Kantar one for years, but have only recently decided to restart.
Anyway, my question is: I am due to post a sack bundle soon-ish.
I know it is already ‘made up’ and I’m meant just to hand it over to a post office counter with the manifest sheet etc (I don’t have a parcel post box near me). However, I have noticed the label on the sack is NOT filled in (when we posted sacks with Kantar we used to fill the label in: I think docket was the order number and poster was the account number (or something like that)).
Do we just hand them in with a blank label or do we fill out the label like we did we Kantar? I only ask because I have heard in the queue at my local PO when people don’t fill in the label the staff moan etc
thank you for your help0 -

Sometimes the label is stamped with an address, if it is completely blank then yes I do tend to write on the details from the manifest.

So I fill them in as we did for Kantar and, so far, have not had a query.Docket no. on label = order no. on manifest
Poster no. on label = account number on manifest

If it helps, an email titled 'Mailagent Newsletter Week 52' that I received on the 29th December last year contained the following information:Posting ParcelsPlease remember when posting your parcels to keep them in the mailbag with the tags attached if taking them to the Post Office. You will then need to hand over the manifest, sometimes known as the sales order summary. Some Post Offices may keep the manifest, stamp it or hand it back to you. Please just always go along with what the Post Office process is.Also, the tags on the mailbags do not require you to write anything on them. The colour represents how they are to be processed, please leave these blank.
So according to Spectos they are supposed to be blank (a definite change from Kantar) but based on other replies it doesn't sound like it makes much of a difference either way, if you'd rather avoid any potential complaints from the staff.4 -
I was pleasantly surprised when I completed the data for the last day of a correctly delivered survey yesterday and the points immediately updated as soon as I submitted the form.0
