Same - only mine was for Harry!  I've sent them a snotty email suggesting they sort their database out.

Yep - Harry shares my surname too - obviously a glitch in the matrix.

OK I have 2 theories.
They are testing a new information routine.
They are trying to identify who everyone is on this forum by getting you to tell them what name was on your email.

I like this bit in the "friendly reminder" email that I received about the Unaddressed Mail survey:

If you haven't received the item shown in the section, no need to worry, please check if the item will be delivered in the next few days.

How on earth can I check that?!

Just got an offer of additional points if I successfully refer a business and they go on to become a panellist. The reward? £1 worth of points. They must be stuck in the 1980’s if they think £1 is enough of an incentive to be bothered doing anything extra.

And me...   Doubly confusing in that they actually called me by my wife's name which made me have all sorts of conspiracy theory thoughts for a moment.
