Even after my resting letter, I was getting items for at least 7 weeks after so hopefully you'll get the necessary points.

I have two lots to still post out but had a holiday booked with them for one week earlier this month and haven't received any items at from them all since then!

Had an email from spectos ending my association with them due to my house being red flagged. Must have linked me to my Royal Mail membership when I emailed about an open letter and I was kicked off from their system. Emailed me also with code to collect my accumulated points into a digital card of choice from their selection.
very disappointed as was about to restart again

It can’t be that difficult for postal workers to identify who is on the survey, given that mail volumes increase about 1000% when I’m live on the survey. I’ve also had my postman asking what I do with all the books I receive and how I have time to read them. I’m sure they know.

But guess the key learning from this is to never tell Spectos anything - it’s always been unfair that the actions of someone else can cause you to get kicked off.

Just had a welcome back letter containing stamps and the Christmas 2023 collection pack. I would have thought they would have sent a more recent collection pack.

I started my rest period this month and my presentation stamps were for Christmas 2022! I thought they would at least have been the most recent Christmas ones.

I mentioned further up the thread that I recently received two separate emails welcoming me back to the panel. I’ve now received two separate letters welcoming me back enclosing…yep, two sets of presentation packs and stamps for the first month.

Whether I will be posting two lots of items remains to be seen…

Same here, I started my rest period this month and received the Christmas 2022 presentation stamps.
