This is what they sent me when I pointed out their error with my name ...

In the middle of a correctly delivered survey and the message at the top of the screen reads “ to be awarded points data must be completed on time”. I generally do a few days at a time. Basically when the post arrives one day I complete for the previous days if the postman hasn’t been on previous days, as I won’t no for sure that the postman hasn’t been until late in the day as delivery times are so variable. Does this mean I won’t get points?

I always fill mine in on the day and have been getting this message in the late afternoon. Seems a bit early to me.

They declined mine first time round but I when challenged it, the points were rewarded.

I normally had mine the next day this time I had two days worth to add on and got the message. Now I’ve done it The message has gone. I’m wondering if it’s just because it’s getting towards the end of the week?
