Most get it after week 5, some not at all. Also it is not immediate like the CD survey. Fingers crossed. :)

  • I've been doing UA surveys and CD surveys since I stopped Kantar in March. I'm expecting to be asked to start my 6 months soon. Is anyone in the same boat as me, if so, have you started and what have you received to post.

I’m well over my 6 months and emailed them last week about the rest period and next presentation pack. Ideally I don’t want to be doing this over December ..

    still no response

I've had a VoiceMail from Spectos,  They have a couple of queries about parcels from my session that ended in June.    Well - I'm not sure I can help - I shredded all the paperwork after a month.  If I logged an issue at the time, then they can look at that, nothing has changed (and I'm not going to remember anyway)
I need to think of something new here...

Yes, I've had the same message and I can't remember as it was over 3 months ago.

How dreadfully disorganised Spectos seem …
  • I'm still getting reminders to post a test item from mid October last year (over a year ago).

The annoying thing is I didn't receive the test item to post in the first place - it had been deleted from my printed posting plan with a black felt-tip pen.

Despite several emails asking them to stop sending futile reminders, they keep on coming, even though I'm now resting from the panel.

Their response is, "Ignore the reminders, they're computer-generated".  :/

I remember those felt tip crossings outs, and the same ID number on 2 different dates’ postings so I only got 1 lot of points🙄. They manually adjusted their records for mine when I put a ticket about it.
