I went on holiday for a week (and informed Spectos of my absence). On my return I found 4 'Something for you' cards on my mat. Turns out they were for 2 test parcels.
The exact same thing happened to me! Had to sit down and look at the cards to work out what I needed to get redelivered. Knew I hadn't ordered anything so wasn't surprised when they turned out to be test items.

I just get the parcel dumped in the porch, despite numerous complaints that it’s not safe. And they certainly don’t ever leave “something for you” cards.Just for information, I did get a Royal mail parcel yesterday during the evening and the postie told me that they now have to work till 7 pm to deliver parcels, just in case you want to hang on till after that for the recordingAll shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

So far I've had a bundle to post every 7 - 10 days. A bundle has been either 3/4 letters or 2 parcels (I seem to be getting parcels to post every 2-3 weeks, but I generally use the parcel postbox rather than going to the PO as that works better for me). I receive items from other posters once or twice a week.
I haven't found it too onerous so far, particularly as everything arrives prepared - that's better than the Kantar system I think. The points clock up reasonably quickly - about 100 - 150 a week. I received a presentation pack on re-starting, and stamps monthly. I'm also doing UA alongside. Hope that helps.0 -

I only found out after my cctv showed the postie at the door but nothing left. He confirmed their new process when he returned next day. I'm NW England but if this is happening in other regions I can see a lot of wrong data being recorded through no fault of the panelist.
I work from home (South London) so I'm almost always in when post arrives. But you're right - if that was happening then items will be repeatedly recorded a day late. Wonder if it's a local decision. If it only happens in a certain area then the number of queries should flag this when Spectos report to RM who can check if that's an agreed local process or something an area manager has made up.I need to think of something new here...0 -
Second email from Spectos asking me to join unaddressed mail survey as, paraphrased, they’ve only had limited numbers say yes so far.
Even if I wanted to do it, I am on holiday during the survey period and told them that ages ago, so am a daft person for them to ask to do this one. They do not have joined up systems.1 -

I have had the second email too. They must be struggling to get anyone to do it. When Kantar sent the email if you weren’t quick all the places were filled.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein0 -

I'm completely confused so I'm hoping that someone may be able to shed some light.
I have been on the panel since October 22 so thirteen months now.
I have never received a resting email.
I receive lots of test letters and parcels but have not received any posting bundles for the last two months.
A few days ago I received an email from Spectos stating that I have overdue bundle postings!
How can I possibly have overdue bundles postings when I haven't even received any though?!
I'm completely confused and am wondering if there has been some sort of strange mix up here especially as I have not been rested yet. Not that I am complaining as I'm more than happy to continue but I do not like to be told I have overdue bundles when they are not sending them.
