    Another one being ripped off for the Ann addressed mail survey points. I’ve had a reply to say if I haven’t had the points, it must be because I haven’t filled all the dates in.

    However I remember looking at the final week that was showing, noticing that they had taken off all the pictures of the overdue leaflets so there was nowhere to log the specific leaflets that I had received, and presuming it had finished the previous week and they’d forgotten to take it down. So I may have missed the last couple of days on that basis. But I definitely filled everything in up until that point.

    I possibly should have been more careful and checked when it started and how many weeks were left but they shouldn’t take down the overdue leaflet section if you are still meant to be logging things, and not expect you to get confused.
     Not impressed.

    Welcome to that club.
    After a similar reply I went back to them and they then did give me the points. I think I recall others saying similar. 
    I’m minded only to accept correctly delivered invites now. Shorter, the app works better for them, and same number of points.

    I have stopped accepting the unaddressed one it’s too much hassle for 300 points. I think a few must have done the same because I had the invitation twice for the last one.

    The UA survey is definitely as glitchy as ... - not helped by the fact that they obviously know there is a problem but still default back to 'you've not filled it in properly'.  If I don't get the points for this one without a fight I certainly won't bother again.

    I know they are contractually obligated to run the UA but I don't understand their persistence in claiming everybody is not filling in the data properly. The survey had major issues from day 1 and the data it collects must be flawed.

    Me too. I didn't miss out on points like some have but it became too much faff and I don't think it's set up properly. I didn't accept the last invitation but half expected it to appear in the app anyway as I'm sure I've been auto enrolled previously!
  • Well this is a new one, received a test letter today that they'd forgotten to put a stamp or mailmark on. The sender had written Freepost Spectos next to my name and address and posted it. When logging it I just mentioned the lack of postage as I thought if I mentioned the other bit I'd be kicked off the survey.

    They don't want to admit that their system is at fault.  They want to blame the people trying to submit data.

    Like the Post Office not wanting to admit their Horizon system was faulty - but at least survey participants are not being taken to court.

    I know they have issues with the UA survey but when are we ment to receive the 300pts? I know its 5 weeks in total but the first 3 weeks in when the items are listed to report. Do most people who do receive the points get it after the 3rd week or 5th of starting it?
