I’ve had my missing unaddressed mail points credited. They are still saying I missed some dates which is probably true in week five but I did point out that I thought it had ended because the pictures of items I should have received had vanished so there was nowhere to log them properly.
So worth challenging their refusal the first time round.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Well - that's easy to answer - I definitely didn't get any cards of any sort in that live session. Presumably these are RM 24 or 48 that arrived late so should count as such in the statistics.The received dates under query for parcels are;
06/05/2023 and 12/05/2023
I was wondering if you remember receiving a Something For You card for these items or potentially a Fee to Pay card. Our records state they should have arrived earlier than the date you entered you received the items.

My non-survey RM48 tracked item that should have arrived last Saturday is still on the way.

So far I've had a bundle to post every 7 - 10 days. A bundle has been either 3/4 letters or 2 parcels (I seem to be getting parcels to post every 2-3 weeks, but I generally use the parcel postbox rather than going to the PO as that works better for me). I receive items from other posters once or twice a week.
I haven't found it too onerous so far, particularly as everything arrives prepared - that's better than the Kantar system I think. The points clock up reasonably quickly - about 100 - 150 a week. I received a presentation pack on re-starting, and stamps monthly. I'm also doing UA alongside. Hope that helps.

I'm in the North and they leave a card at the first attempt, then another card at the second attempt the following day. On the second card they tell you to get in touch to arrange a delivery date.
I went on holiday for a week (and informed Spectos of my absence). On my return I found 4 'Something for you' cards on my mat. Turns out they were for 2 test parcels.0
