I have got to know my regular postman quite well since moving to Spectos too.
Lot of noobs (and a few old timers) moaning on here about this and that. I guess it was like this in the early days of Kantor? If you don't like it you know what to do. I quite like being a pioneer. Just wish they would recognise it somehow. Most of thew time we are in the dark about what is going on.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. I haven’t thought that anyone was really moaning. The majority of posts seem to be questions from newbies or people checking that things that have happened or not happened are “normal”.I think the main concerns are over lack of response from the customer service team. It’s very frustrating when you don’t get any kind of response - even an acknowledgment would be useful. This really isn’t a “moan”, it’s just a statement of fact.4

Most issues have been discussed before more than once. A cursory glance through previous posts answers most people's questions.
CS are appalling. I guess they have nothing to say. The UA survey is not fit for purpose. I don't know what info they are getting from it that would be of interest to RM.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein0 -

Like other posters I also did a correctly delivered survey and unaddressed mail survey at the same time. I received the points for the correctly delivered one as soon as it ended in May, but they haven't removed it from my app, the unaddressed was removed from the app last week but I’ve not received the points for it.
It looks like I’m now on the live panel as I’ve received a bundle to post 10th July, on Friday the app was showing I’m expecting a test letter as well but when I’ve looked today that notification has disappeared.0 -
For everyone who hasn’t received points for the UA Mail survey, when did you start it? I thought I started mine on 29th May, so think that means I finished yesterday. However, the app shows I actually started on 5th June so still have another week to go. Will report what happens in a week, if anything.I had the issue with the first UA survey where it disappeared so fortunately that seems to have been resolved (for me).Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j2

I did CD 22/5-4/6 still no points. UA has disappeared from my app, but I thought I finished it couple of weeks ago.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
