I would say you are still on the live panel as you have not had an email that says you are resting nor your final presentation pack.cazzzie987 said:I joined in March and have never once received a posting pack. I received two months of stamps in May (so not three months) then I received a month's worth this weekend gone (no presentation set).
I received only one letter and I have done one unaddressed survey for 300 points (Kantar used to give £5 a time), this is much less.
They never reply to my tickets, so I am a bit confused what is going on.I too only received a few test letters during my 6 months stint. Also, I only received 2 bundles to post & that was in my final 6 weeks.I shouldn’t worry there seems to be a lot of differences between panellists with regard to how many letters they receive & bundles to post.0 -
The differences don't really matter as we are rewarded with the points as well as the stamps, so those who do more posting will gain more points.Graceglow said:

It sounds like you’re not on the main panel yet if you haven’t received any posting packs but are receiving test letters. We still get monthly stamps when not on the main panel but won’t get the presentation sets until we join the main panel. I also joined in March and am due to join the main panel in a couple of weeks judging by the app saying I will receive a bundle on the 18th.cazzzie987 said:I joined in March and have never once received a posting pack. I raised a ticket last night regarding my missing points for the unaddressed mail survey, and have received a reply this morning, which surprised me as reading on here they never seem quick at responding. Apparently an error occurred and my points weren’t uploaded, they’ve been credited today.0

You are the favoured one! I contacted 23/6, 28/6 and 3/7. Not had any kind of acknowledgment or response. Can be quite frustrating!0

I just finished my 6 month stint. I received 1 or 2 letters a week but never had to post anything. Was all a bit pointless really0

I definitely had to work much harder! Had to post about 2-3 bundles a week and received up to 10 letters every week and in the last couple of months, was receiving a parcel of books every other day. The postman asked how I managed to get the time to read them all…BigPlonker said:I just finished my 6 month stint. I received 1 or 2 letters a week but never had to post anything. Your workload sounds the same as mine. We’re on first names terms now with our postman. I’ve also done 2 unaddressed and 3 correctly delivered surveys and have just gained my 3rd points voucher. All this since IMoney_Grabber13579 said:

joined in March! Much busier than Kantar0 -
Member of the ton up club here - £100 since November. One survey a month with a lot of mail. I, too, am now talking to my postman like we are old friends. He often remarks about whether I am expecting more parcels.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein2
