Maybe you have July's? What did it say on the posting plan under 'observations'?hwg3141 said:I received my first bundle today (to post on the 18th), and they came with 12 1st class and 4 1st class large stamps. However, I've already received my stamps for June separately. Have they send me my reward twice?Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. Ah, thanks - I missed that. Yes, it says "July".HonestJohn said:

I was a bit confused as I only received my June ones a few days ago!1 -
I've just emailed Spectos complaining about how long it is taking to deal with tickets. I have a ticket from 14/6 still not answered. If they are not going to give me my entitled points I am tempted to withdraw my consent for them to use the data I collected on the CD and UM surveys!I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Although never advised it would appear I am now on the main panel and first bundle to be posted on the 17 July followed by another bundle on the 27 July. I have also been advised I start another UA survey from the 10 July.
They have included my stamps for July but I understand the presentation stamps will be sent at a later date.
However I need to take my first test package to the post office but it does say if there is a parcel box in the same post code area I could use that. My question is if I live in AB6 and the box is in AB3 area would it be okay to use that?0 -
I’ve been live since March and never got any presentation stamps. I think we only get them on completion of 6 months. If anyone knows any different please say. I raised a ticket but never got a reply!CRISPIANNE3 said:Although never advised it would appear I am now on the main panel and first bundle to be posted on the 17 July followed by another bundle on the 27 July. You should get a set when you start and when you finish. If you have read any of the previous posts you will see it is not running smoothly.bdark2755 said:

Arrived today - 2 more books. But, the package was marked as first delivery attempt 6th July and a sticker saying "Something for you" card left. Well -postie might have come yesterday while I was out - but no card left. No option to record this (or any comments) when I reported the arrival. [I've noticed that sometimes you get a question about whether you got the package first time or after a card was left or left with a neighbour. My guess is it depends on the type of service used.] So I havered for a minutes as to whether I should log it as a ticket. I did in the end. May not come to anything but I feel better that I've reported the performance accurately. I'll keep the wrapping in case it becomes a query.NBLondon said:and the app has now changed to tell me there's a test letter on the way so there might be one more to go back.I need to think of something new here...0 -

Posting your ItemsIt is vitally important that you post your items exclusively in your registered postcode area. Therefore you need to post your items only a few streets or so from your home. It's essential for you to follow this requirement as we are measuring the performance in your area. If you post outside of your postcode area this will make your item not valid and we will not be able to evaluate the reported data from your item.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. I rarely post anything in my postcode area as they are mostly 9am collections. They have never complained and I have been doing it since they first started. Kantar was anywhere with the B code, we are B36. Some of the B codes just a mile away from us are even in Warwickshire we are West Midlands.HonestJohn said:
