Spectos/Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

No points here for recent UA survey either. Infact I’ve done two UA surveys back to back and not received points for either. 

Also, looks like I’m joining the main panel from July.

600 points missing is a lot😕  What reason did they give for not awarding the points?

I’ve been asked to take part in a CDM survey starting on Monday even though I’m on my rest period now. 

The same could happen to you.
I believe there will be opportunities to participate in surveys & earning points whilst resting.

Still no sign of my UA 300 points despite sending message. However completed the CDM mail today and the 300 points appeared straight away.  Also today received my stamps with a note stating "enclosed you will find your reward stamps booklets for the month of June for our partaking in our surveys'

I also got a parcel to post for week after next - looks like they have sent out a big batch of sacks all at once.  I am only getting one a month though so not that big a deal - so long as they don't expect me to post them on a Saturday, as I don't go near the post office on weekends.  Surprised I haven't been rested yet, I've been on the panel for far longer than 6 months, still its no great hassle and I just cashed out another voucher.  As for the tickets - they take a ridiculous amount of time to answer them, I have found that emailing them generally gets a somewhat quicker reply.

It’s not unheard of for Spectos not to send bundles out in time.

I have had it happen twice to me earlier in the year.

Just post it on the following Monday if/when the bundle arrives.

Not much point participating in surveys if they aren't going to give me the points for them!

I’ve not yet had a response to my ticket raised on the 19th June. I had completed all the days and there was nothing left in due/overdue items so I’m not sure what the issue is. 🤷‍♀️

I still have a ticket open from the 7th June (different issue), so not expecting a reply anytime soon..

I started my rest period 19th June and it bugs me that my final post is a parcel on Saturday 8th July that has to be at post offices. You’re either resting or you’re not!! Had an influx of books arriving too which have to be picked up. Had to pay £2.50 as they forgot to put a stamp on an envelope - ticket opened! How is this resting? You either give stamps up to when you rest but don’t drag out an extra 2 weeks of parcel’s coming and going! Grumpy Sunday post!

The logic is that they prepare the packages in advance so they can be sent out.  So what they actually mean is that they stopped preparing stuff for you to send/receive on 19th June.  What the e-mail should have said is "You are due to start your rest period;  the last item to send will be first week of July."  Then you should get the June stamps for having worked all of June and the bonus set with the Presentation Pack covers July activity.

I dropped off the Kantar panel at one point as there were so many packages and trips to the Delivery Office.  I started again when I moved to working from home.   When Spectos send 2 or 3 packages a week (so I now know my regular postperson is called Barry), I wouldn't do it if I wasn't usually at home to answer the door.  The points wouldn't cover the time and cost of picking up.
