I was one of those who had this happen recently and Spectos made it very clear in their reply to me at the time that the points for unaddressed mail survey credit automatically as soon as they close the survey. There is no waiting for them to credit at a later date as with Kantar.

So, if you filled in every entry, I would contact them and ask about the points.

Now on checking the app I have been advised to expect a bundle and says  needs to be sent on a date in July. However I have never been advised I am on the live panel. Does this mean I am starting on the live panel?

I'm exactly the same as you! No points for surveys and suddenly the app is telling me to expect stuff to post on 17th July.

I have an unaddressed survey and an addressed survey (or whatever it is called) both completed recently. No points awarded. Even more annoying is that if I had the correct points I would have another £25 voucher before "resting". Tickets raised but unanswered.

All of my CA surveys have paid out as soon as I completed the last day. My UA have taken over a week but both paid.

I have a similar message. Apparently I'm due to receive a parcel & have to start posting 17th July. I hope they noted my holiday notification & don't attempt to deliver the parcel before the 8th.

Yep – even though I’m supposed to be resting – my penultimate bundle is a mailbag. My final bundle is yet another set to go to Jersey.

My UA was supposed to complete last week, disappeared before I could enter Saturday and no points. I’ve had a ticket in since Monday.  

I hope they get these sorted soon...

2 outstanding tickets for missing survey points would get me over the 2500 mark, otherwise I am going to have to wait until my rest period ends. Very annoying.

I am due to post 2 bundles next week on Monday and Tuesday. I have only received the Tuesday bundle. Has anybody else had this happen to them?
