Still no sign of my Unaddressed Mail survey, and have refreshed the app every day.  Oh well, I only need 70 points now for my next voucher so its not the end of the world.

Mine has appeared today with a start date of today rather than last Monday when it was supposed to appear and start.

Just had my first bundle to post on Monday, just a quick question about the app, when I did Kantar I logged everything via the website as my phone was old, now got a new phone, but not used the app to record posting before.  Do I scan the bar code that is wrapped around the bundle of letter and then remove it and add the time, date etc? Do I have to record all this stood at the post box or can I do it at home?

Yes, you scan the qr code on the wrapper. Remove it before you post though. I have recorded some at home but it is easier to do it at the box as it asks you to check the posting times on the box are still valid. The app might not pick up the box if you are a long way away.

You can either scan the QR code or type the C/D number in manually - I prefer this option as it avoids juggling with my phone whilst at the post box, I type it in before I leave home and then just need to submit it and fill out the details whilst at the post box.  Better to do it at the postbox as the app automatically enters the correct date and time for you.

Those of you who finished their stink with Spectos - how long after you finished did you receive the presentation pack? Thanks.
I'm officially on break since 2nd June but haven't received presentation pack yet. And even thought I'm on a break, I'm still receiving items/have items to post (the last planned posting I know of is for 3rd July, so a month after my rest period started).

My rest period started on Mon 19 June. Presentation pack & final June stamps received on Fri 23 June. 

I’m also still receiving items but no more planned to post.
