Haribobo19 said:Hi all, I've been a mail agent now since back last year but this is my first time being a sender. I received a bundle today that needs to be posted next week and I'm just a bit confused.
It says to take the sack with the parcels to a post office with the manifest, what is this? Is it the sales order summary that was in the posting pack? Also it says to please remove the wrap around band before posting, do they mean the cable tie on the mailsack?
Thanks 😊1 -

If you have a parcel postbox nearby you can use that. Then you can open the sack and put the parcels straight in minus the sack and manifest. They also say you can put the parcels in a normal post box but you will be lucky to find one big enough. How the PO treats the Manifest/ Sales Order Summary may depend on what training the clerk has had. They may ask you to tuck it into the cable tie - which is hard work. So take a spare elastic band (from incoming parcels) and then you can use that to attach the paperwork to the bag.
As Honest John says - When you post a bundle of letters - there is a paper band wrapped around them with the same sticker. Take that off before they go in the postbox and then scan the QR code to log them as posted.
I need to think of something new here...1 -

Saetana said:I am surprised I haven't had my rest period notice yet - I've been doing this since November last year, and I live in a city so panellists should not be a problem. Doesn't bother me either way, I go past a postbox with late collection, and a post office, every weekday so its not a great hassle for me.
I don't want a rest period though as I love the vouchers! So far I have had four and I'm almost there for the fifth. Knowing my luck though they will probably rest me just before I hit it 🤣1 -
Nice letter from Spectos this morning with stamps and presentation pack for the end of my first stint. They seem to be on the ball for this anyway. If they could only start answering tickets a bit faster!6
