When you post an item, the ID is the first part of the address of the post box in the drop down list.

So it is - I've just never noticed before. The ID on the plate is the same other than it now has a "D" on the end of it, so it may be correct

Update on my log in problems.

Have been unable to log into the app since 3rd June. Emailed Spectos straight away explaining the problem and what I tried to fix it (resetting password, uninstalling the app, turning phone off/on). Received a response on 12th June - they told me to reset my password. Replied the same day and not heard anything since... Almost 3 weeks of not being able to log in and Spectos don't seem to care.
So much for customer support.

I now have several received letters and bundles to record and UA survey to finish. I have also not posted anything since the app issues started. I keep getting reminders about posting items but can't do anything without the app.
No idea how is this issue going to get resolved when nobody replied to emails for ages and I have no other way to contact them.

Right now I'm so fed up that all I want to do is log the outstanding items (to receive the points for them) and redeem my rewards (been on the panel since November last year and not redeemed any points yet, so have quite a few accumulated). I don't even care about the stamps or continuing with the panel anymore. I miss Kantar.

None with transponders for whatever reason.

I’ve have 4 unaddressed mail items moved to my overdue list and received an reminder to record whether I had received them.

Thing is, I have received them. But I told them that I had received them at the time and they are showing in my list of received items. But they duplicated all of the images so unsure whether to record the duplicates as being received as well (even though I’ve only received one copy) or if this will make them think that I have received 2 copies of each, when I haven’t. 

I asked them this question almost 4 weeks ago but as usual, have heard nothing back.

Tried to read that once - got through two chapters, decided it was complete drek and abandoned it - no good trying to offload it to a charity shop, they usually have several copies

Hi all, I've been a mail agent now since back last year but this is my first time being a sender. I received a bundle today that needs to be posted next week and I'm just a bit confused.
It says to take the sack with the parcels to a post office with the manifest, what is this? Is it the sales order summary that was in the posting pack? Also it says to please remove the wrap around band before posting, do they mean the cable tie on the mailsack?
