You can officially ignore the "transponder to be returned" notification.

That aspect of the app is broken/a known issue and has been since they introduced it

It’s a known problem. Sometimes it goes the other way and it’s asking you for seven when you’ve only got four

 I still seem to get the correct points, regardless of the numbers on the app.

I noticed today that the posting times on my postbox have been updated to 9am/7am (from 4:15pm/11:30am) but looks like RM have put the plate on the wrong box. There is a postbox 0.5mi away with these times.

Just hope it is a mistake and these are not the new times!

Box nearest me is 9 or 7 am collections. I just post stuff in it the evening before.

The times on the Royal Mail app are still the "old" times and today's "Next Collection" plate still says today...

I took a picture and reported to Spectos anyway. 

Spectos don't seem to display the postbox IDs in the app like Kantar used to do so I can't tell if it's a mistake or not.

If you look at the map in the app which shows the locations of post boxes/offices  they are included there.

When you post an item, the ID is the first part of the address of the post box in the drop down list.

Which doesn't really answer the question about the July ones.  So I have pointedly replied that if I am to post bundles on 6th July, then my rest period begins 7th July not 19th June as the first e-mail said.   Do I get incentive stamps for July?  Probably not.... the video says a set of stamps plus Presentation Pack so that should either be in a July bundle or on the way now.  Wonder which of us will get it first...

On a separate note...  my outgoing bundle for next week is 2 letters to Jersey again.  That's rather more in this session than I ever had from Kantar so that must be a route that is being tested.  I don't think I've ever had one to or from Man though.
