Looks like a lot of us are all going on rest at the same time. I got the email yesterday although I’m still showing 2 sets to post (one received this morning). I’m hoping that I should just reach my third voucher.1

Based on the style and language of the e-mails - you could be right.XDA said:I’m not so sure it’s all completely ran from within the UK. I suspect quite a lot of the backend is ran from Germany.
I agree you should be able to cash out in, say, multiples of 500. I'm at 5200 with some owing so I'll be OK to claim £50 and let the rest ride. You'd need to do 4 lots of UA or CD during the rest period to get another voucher and there's no way to predict if there will be any in your area.catsitter said:I have only managed to get enough points for one £25 voucher previously and I currently have about 1500 points. I don't see why they should get to keep my £15 for six months or longer?

Could go either way... if they have recruited a lot of new people as well as those who came over from Kantar then there may be no gaps... or if they are short, the invite might come earlier. I'll be reading here anyway so I'll quote this and see if you're right.Don't assume anything about when you will be back though. I'm guessing less than 6 months.I need to think of something new here...0 -
I too like the idea of being able to cash-in lesser amounts. I wonder if it's worth sending an email to suggest it? Hopefully it's something in the pipeline for the future.1

Hi everyone. Newbie here. I’m starting my first unaddressed mail survey. It started yesterday. I had an email just now confirming it started yesterday.
Today, I’ve received an unaddressed local booklet. On the “due”page, it’s showing an empty box where I assume there should be a picture. I’ve tried accessing the app via my iPad, Android phone and my husband’s iPhone but the picture box is blank on all 3.
So, I can record one item received but I can’t confirm it’s a “due” item as there are no pictures. Has anybody else had this problem?0 -
Oh yes.
Welcome to our world🙃

Yes, seems quite common. If you give it a few days it should correct itself. In the meantime keep a record of what it was in case it is one of the due items.Lulibella12 said:Hi everyone. Newbie here. Has anyone actually emailed to ask about the points issue and resting yet? Either way, I would recommend keeping the app, it doesn't take much space and there are likely to be invitations to Unaddressed Mail and Correctly Delivered surveys during the rest period - which will also help with getting our points up to 25,000. I am very close to my third voucher now so expect to be able to cash that out before they slap me with a rest notice.

And me as well. I emailed back pointing out that I had 3 bundles left for June (though one isn't actually here yet) and 2 for July - so should I expect the July ones to disappear?elsien said:Apparently I am on the rest rest period as of today. Although I still have things to post and receive. Nothing like a bit of advance warning.
I thought about remanding them about the Presentation Pack but as it is explicitly mentioned in the video - I'll wait to the end of the month.
I've been on the panel since October so I was due a break and I don't think I'm going to run out of books.... They say a minimum of 6 months break and then invited back when there is a space which suggests I won't be back live until 2024 - so I'll miss the Christmas bonus
I was assuming they just reached C9999 and carried on. My July ones are D.kerri_gt said:Same here
Noticed the bundle codes for letters i have to post start with a C, and ones I'm still to receive to post, start with a D.
Anyone know the difference? I prob should've noticed in the past 6mths.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Another newbie query! Sorry to bother you all but my last email query took at least 2 weeks to get a response! I’ve received and logged 2 items of mail. I’ve posted both transponders back. However the App states 1 transponder to be returned. Doesn’t appear to be any way to change the number returned from1 to 2. Is this a known problem? Or is there a long delay between logging the received post and the request appearing on the App?0
